Mylucky Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mylucky. This platform is operated by a registered and licensed company, providing online gaming services to users who meet the stipulated eligibility requirements. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mylucky ("Platform", "We").

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Mylucky supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and MAE. All financial transactions are processed using secure encryption systems to protect your financial information.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as shown on the payment page. No maximum deposit limit applies to regular players, while different limits may apply to specific promotions. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within less than 10 minutes for DuitNow and digital wallet methods. Players must use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals unless specifically permitted by the mylucky team. The following conditions apply:

• Violation of any rules stated in these Terms

Mylucky's maximum liability to any user in any 12-month period is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user during the same period, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by mylucky.

This platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise any service disruptions and notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

12Terms Amendments & Governing Law
